The Museum of Exploration provides visitors with a state-of-the-art, sustainably built destination illuminating the wonder of the world through innovative technology, immersive displays, iconic photography and artifacts.

Make sure to stop by the Welcome Desk when you arrive to grab a visitor brochure and other materials to enhance your time at the MOE. Plus, you can also use our interactive map to explore on your own terms.

You are permitted to bring a bag under 16” x 16” x 8” to the museum. No large bags or luggage are permitted. All bags are subject to search and seizures. For a full list of Items considered prohibited at the museum, please see here.

No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the museum. Sealed single-use water bottles or empty reuable water bottles are permitted — you can refill your water bottle at our water fountain refills. Food and beverages are also available for purchase in Explorers Eatery, our global food hall.

Once you have purchased tickets for your desired visit time, you will have an assigned 15-minute arrival window when you are permitted to enter the museum.
