For this inaugural edition, world-famed mammalogist Dr. Rodrigo Medellín — affectionately known as "The Bat Man of Mexico" — and Chef Christian Irabién — the acclaimed visionary behind Michelin Guide-recommended Amparo Fondita in Washington, D.C. — and James Beard Award-winning tequila pioneer David Suro-Piñera will take you on a culinary journey to discover the vital links between global biodiversity and the food on our plates through an extraordinary tasting menu.
